Workforce Development provides quality learning opportunities for people of all ages through credit and noncredit educational programs. Workforce Development Business Services provides workforce solutions through business development consulting, employee training, and professional development for entrepreneurs, established businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations.

Career Training Programs and Student Support

Career training programs at Edmonds Community College range from one-day training sessions to two-year professional-technical associate degrees. Support services include internship coordination, job search resources, and job search coaching. Job fairs and employer panels are held throughout the year to help local employers connect with students.
