Community and technical college board to meet December 1-2
The Board will discuss how the community and technical college system’s Efficiency
Study and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project are promoting new ways of
collaborating in the college system to focus system resources on teaching, learning,

with Board members. The Board will also consider approving the Efficiency Study Preliminary
Report to the Legislature and a Needs and Requirements Assessment contract that will
support the first phase of the ERP implementation.
Lyle Quasim, Bates Technical College president, will give a host college presentation
on Dec. 2.
The Board will join Bates trustees, presidents and staff for dinner at 5:30 p.m.,
Dec. 1 in the Bates Main Building, Auditorium.
Except for executive sessions, all meetings are open to the public and will be held
