Non-Permanent Hourly Employee New Hire Process 

Welcome to work at Edmonds Community College!

Non-permanent hourly employees are defined as those employees who are temporary, part-time, and are either not enrolled at Edmonds CC, or are enrolled in no more than 5 credits.

Your supervisor can help you with your paperwork and any questions you have.

Next steps required for your employment:

  • Complete the Application for Employment - Part-Time Temporary form.

    Print, fill in, and sign the application form.  This becomes part of your new hire paperwork you will turn in to the Human Resources Office.

  • Complete all required new hire paperwork within 3 days of hire, and before you work! 

    Have your supervisor sign all forms that require your supervisor's signature. 

  • Bring your paperwork and required identification to the Human Resources Office

    Human Resources Office staff will make sure your paperwork is complete, take a photocopy of your ID for the college's records, and answer any other questions you have.
