Housing and Residence Life
The purpose of the program is to help provide housing or scholarships to homeless and near homeless students presently attending Edmonds CC who meet the Project Home requirements. There are two different types of support through the Project Home Program and if you have been a student for at least one quarter, are single with no children, and are alcohol and drug free, then you can fill out one or both of these applications:
Other Community Programs for Everyone
- The list and availability status of local homeless shelters is accessed by dialing 211.
- For those who have housing but have received a 3-day evict notice they can call the VOA Rent Assistance Program Application Line at 425-212-3233.
- Cold weather shelters are available when the temperature drops to 33o or below overnight. The information line to find out if the shelter is open is 425-778-2159 x296.
- For more resources and assistance, the homeless could attend the Saturday morning breakfast at Trinity Lutheran Church between 8:30am and 10:30am. Along with breakfast they provide voucher assistance, clothing, food, and a social service resource list.
